Shipping terms
I ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment via standard REGISTERED airmail and do NOT ship via any Express shipping companies.
All the packages are sent from Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine.
Please note that international customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Shipping is not refundable and please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees.
You did not receive the order.
In case you did not receive the order because of wrong address or not being in place when the package arrived and the order was sent back, I send it again when you give me new address and pay for a re-shipping.

Responsibility for losses or delays
Please note the delivery time may vary and we can't be responsible for losses or delays. If the specified delivery term is over, and you still do not receive the parcel, please contact me. I'll apply officially for a search to our domestic post office (Ukrposhta), which may last 2 months form the date of applying (within 6 months form the day of dispatching) and I will get an official result of searching. Generally all items find their recipients.
I return your payment back when the lost of your order is officially confirmed.

Damaged parcel arrives
In case your order arrives damaged – unpacked or worn, PLEASE check the content of it in the presence of Post Office officials and they MUST sign up a statement about a condition of the content.
If you discover the damage without officials then no claims are considered and there is no compensation.
